Chinese smartphone maker Vivo continues to bring new innovations to its flagship series. A new leak has revealed key performance details of the upcoming Vivo X300. According to tech source TECH INFO (@TECHINFOSOCIALS) on X (formerly Twitter), the smartphone has been tested with MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 processor, and its early Geekbench scores have surfaced.

As per TECH INFO, the Vivo X300, powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset, achieved around 2.5K single-core and 7.3K multi-core scores in testing. The benchmark was reportedly run at frequencies between 3.0~3.4GHz, with a maximum clock speed of 3.5GHz.
CPU Configuration: Tipster TECH INFO revealed that the Dimensity 9500 comes with a high-performance CPU structure:
- 1 core at 4.21GHz
- 3 cores at 3.50GHz
- 4 cores at 2.70GHz
This configuration positions the Dimensity 9500 as a powerful chipset designed for premium-level smartphones.

According to TECH INFO, the initial scores appear slightly lower than expected. This could be due to the fact that the testing was conducted at very low voltage levels, meaning the chipset’s full potential has not yet been showcased.
The tipster further claimed that the actual product will deliver much stronger results. It is estimated that when the Vivo X300 officially launches, its performance could reach up to 3.8K single-core and 11K–11.5K multi-core scores on Geekbench.
