My name is Ali Aabis, and you know me as Mr. Aabis. And this is my phone—my new, shining Vivo X300 Pro, which I had bought just a short while ago. It still carried that “new” glow, as if every time I held it, it brought a small sense of joy.

That day, I was standing in the balcony. The breeze was slightly cool, and people were moving about on the street below. I was leaning against the railing, just looking around—perhaps without any particular reason—and my phone was loosely held in my hand. I didn’t even realize when my grip weakened slightly, and then—my phone slipped out of my hand.

For a second, time seemed to stop. I quickly looked down—my phone was spinning in the air as it fell. My heart started pounding. And then—thud! It hit the road directly. That one sound shook me from within. For a few moments, I just stood there, with one thought in my mind—“Maybe nothing happened… maybe it survived…”

I rushed downstairs. My breathing was heavy, my steps unsteady. As soon as I picked up the phone, my hands were trembling slightly. Then I turned it over… and I was shocked. The entire back glass was shattered like a web. Cracks had spread around the camera, and even the inner part was visible from below. That shiny new phone had turned into a map of broken lines. For a few seconds, I just kept looking at it.

I had nothing to say. Just one thought kept circling in my mind—“If only… I had held it a little tighter.”

Yes, I’m a huge fan of Vivo… but what can I do, the truth is the truth—I have to say it. Seeing the condition of the phone felt heartbreaking. I stood there for a while, holding my Vivo X300 Pro, as if I couldn’t believe that this was the same phone I had bought with so much excitement. Every scratch, every crack felt like it was staring back at me.

I said to myself—
“It’s not the phone’s fault… it’s mine.”

Such an expensive and beautiful phone, and I was holding it without a cover. One small moment of carelessness, and everything changed. But still… there’s something strange.

Even after being so badly broken, when I turned it on, it was still working. The screen lit up as if nothing had happened. In that moment, I realized—it’s not just a device, it’s trust.

I smiled slightly and said softly—
“You’re still standing by me… and I let you fall like that.”

Now I’ve decided—I’ll get it repaired, and I’ll take better care of it from now on. Because some things are connected not just by money, but by emotion. And yes… I am still a Vivo fan—perhaps even more than before, because now I’ve seen its strength too.

Vivo should definitely create something for millions of fans like me that ensures our phones don’t break so easily. In today’s time, a phone is not just a gadget—it holds our memories, our work, our entire world. I want Vivo to make smartphones that are not only premium in looks but equally strong in durability.

Phones with glass so strong that a sudden fall doesn’t break our hearts, designs that don’t slip from our hands, and protection features that forgive our everyday mistakes.

Because the truth is—we users are not perfect. Sometimes our hands slip, sometimes we get distracted, and sometimes a small moment turns into a big mistake. But if our phone can protect us from that mistake, that would be true smart technology.

Maybe in the future, phones will come with self-healing backs, or materials that absorb the shock of a fall on their own. Phones that are not just smart, but intelligent—walking alongside us step by step.

Because we don’t just want a good camera or a fast processor…
we want a companion that stays with us in every situation.

And the day such a phone is made, the trust of fans like us will become even stronger.
