Huawei has officially confirmed that it will launch its new Pura 80 series in China on June 11, 2025. This series will include four models: Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro, Pura 80 Pro+, and Pura 80 Ultra. Among them, the Pura 80 Pro+ was recently spotted in Glaze Red color, highlighting its premium design and attractive finish.
The Pura 80 Pro+ features a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 2500 nits. It offers an approximate screen-to-body ratio of 89.3% and is protected by Kunlun Glass. The device weighs around 220 grams and comes with an IP68 rating, making it resistant to dust and water.
Talking about the camera setup, the Pura 80 Pro+ sports a triple rear camera system: a 50MP main sensor, a 48MP telephoto lens, and a 12.5MP ultra-wide lens. This setup supports 4K video recording, OIS, and HDR. On the front, there is a 13MP camera suitable for selfies and video calls.

The device runs on the HarmonyOS 5 operating system and is powered by the Kirin 9100 chipset. It offers 16GB RAM and storage options of either 512GB or 1TB. The battery capacity is 5300mAh, supporting 100W wired and 80W wireless charging.
The Pura 80 Pro+ also includes features like an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, NFC, and a USB Type-C 3.1 port. It supports 5G connectivity and comes with modern connectivity options like Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4.
As for the other models in the Pura 80 series, the Pura 80 Ultra is expected to feature a 1-inch custom LOFIC CMOS sensor and a dual periscope zoom system, making it an excellent choice for photography enthusiasts. This series comes with HarmonyOS 5 and showcases Huawei’s latest camera technologies.
