OnePlus is gearing up to launch its most powerful 5G smartphone in India, the OnePlus 13s 2025. This device is expected to be the Indian version of the recently launched OnePlus 13T in China. OnePlus has already published a dedicated product page for the 13s, showcasing two color options, white and pink. With a design identical to the 13T, it’s highly likely that the 13s will be a rebranded version tailored for the Indian market.

Compact Display and Flagship Performance

OnePlus has officially confirmed that the phone will feature a 6.32-inch display and the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. This suggests top-tier performance and visual clarity. Given the similarities in design with the OnePlus 13T, other specifications are expected to be similar as well.

Brilliant AMOLED Display

The OnePlus 13s will likely carry over the same 6.32-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display from the 13T, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1600 nits. The compact form factor makes it easy to use, weighing just 185g and measuring only 8.15mm thick. However, unlike the OnePlus 13, this phone comes with an optical fingerprint scanner instead of an ultrasonic one. It also holds an IP65 rating, meaning it can resist splashes but isn’t fully waterproof.

Powerful Chipset and Large Storage

In terms of performance, the OnePlus 13s is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, paired with the Adreno 830 GPU. It is expected to come in 12GB and 16GB LPDDR5X RAM variants, with storage options up to 1TB UFS 4.0. While the Chinese version runs on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, the Indian variant will likely feature OxygenOS 15.

Camera and Battery Excellence

On the back, the phone houses a dual-camera setup featuring a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor and a 50MP 2x telephoto lens—both equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). For selfies, there’s a 16MP front camera capable of 1080p video at 30fps. Battery performance also stands out, as the device packs a large 6260mAh unit, even bigger than what the OnePlus 13 offers. While it supports 80W fast charging, the large battery ensures excellent backup.
