iQOO 15 Series: An official from iQOO has released the teaser of iQOO 15, which reveals that the phone is equipped with a 7000mAh Blue Ocean large battery and 40W wireless charging. It has been confirmed that the phone supports 100W wired ultra-fast flash charging. In addition, it is said that this new phone will come with PPS/PD charging protocol (supporting up to 55W charging power).

According to the official poster from iQOO, the iQOO 15 has been upgraded to Global Direct Drive Power Supply 2.0, which helps prevent the phone from heating up during charging and gameplay. Its 7000mAh Blue Ocean battery has a single-cell design, offering better durability and battery life.

iQOO 15 Full Specifications

This iQOO 15 phone will come in a 16GB + 1TB variant, and reports say that in terms of gaming, it will set several new records. It features the world’s first Monster Super-Core Engine and QNSS Super Rendering Engine. The phone supports 2K super resolution and 144FPS super-frame sync. It is compatible with both super-resolution and interpolation in over 180 top mobile games, and iQOO has done deep collaborations with 7 popular games.

Talking about the display, it features a 6.8-inch 2K Samsung Everest straight screen based on M14 luminous material and 2K LEAD OLED display technology. The screen offers adjustable brightness from 1 to 6000 nits, 144Hz refresh rate, 3200Hz touch sampling rate, Dolby Vision certification, and Eye Protection 2.0 providing both eye safety and a smooth visual experience.

In terms of design, the phone will be available in four colors: Lingyun, Legendary, Wilderness, and Track Edition. For the camera, it features a 50MP 1/1.5-inch main sensor and a 50MP 1/2-inch telephoto lens, supporting 70mm/3x focal length and Vivo NICE algorithm.

For the battery, it packs a 7000mAh Blue Ocean large battery with a single-cell design. The phone supports 100W wired ultra-fast flash charging and 40W wireless charging. It also comes with Global Direct Power Delivery 2.0 and supports PPS/PD charging protocol (up to 55W).

This phone will be one of the first devices to come with the OriginOS 6 system. In addition, it features closed symmetrical dual speakers, a 091640 X-axis vibration motor, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and full-level waterproof protection.

Launch Date and Price

The company has officially announced that the iQOO 15 will be launched on October 20, 2025, at 7:00 PM in Shenzhen, China. The upcoming iQOO 15 phone is powered by the fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition processor, and it will be the first iQOO phone to feature the company’s self-developed Q3 gaming chip.
