iQOO is once again in the news regarding its new iQOO Neo 11 Series. The Neo 11 Series is expected to launch in mid-2025, i.e., in June or July. This information was shared in a Weibo post by popular tipster Digital Chat Station. Following iQOO’s usual launch pattern, it will first be released in China, followed by India and other countries in late 2025 or early 2026.
The iQOO Neo 11 Series is expected to feature a 6.78-inch 2K resolution 8T LTPO AMOLED display, which will be a significant upgrade over the Neo 10. This display will support a 144Hz refresh rate and offer peak brightness of 4500 nits.

The iQOO Neo 11 may come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, built on a 4nm process, while the Neo 11 Pro is expected to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset.

The Neo 11 Series is likely to include a battery with a capacity of over 7000mAh. It will also incorporate Blue Ocean battery technology and the AI-powered Blue Volt feature. Both models will support 100W fast charging, allowing the phone to charge from 0 to 70% in just 25 minutes. Additionally, it will support 100W PPS and USB-PD charging protocols.

The iQOO Neo 11 may be equipped with a 50MP primary camera with a Sony sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. Meanwhile, the Neo 11 Pro could offer a 50MP primary and a 50MP ultra-wide camera setup. Both phones are expected to feature a 16MP selfie camera.
The Neo 11 Series will come with a metal middle frame. The phone will have a slim and lightweight design, with a thickness of around 7.99mm and a weight of approximately 199 grams. This series may be available in attractive colors like Extreme Shadow Black, Rally Orange, and Chiguang White.
