Even before launch, the glimpse of camera performance of OnePlus 15 smartphone has already come out. On social media, some samples clicked from this phone’s 3.5x periscope camera have been shared, in these pictures close-up and background detailing is clearly visible, from which it can be estimated that the company this time is preparing to take mobile photography to a new level.
According to information received from leaks, OnePlus 15 will have a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat OLED display which will support up to 165Hz smooth refresh rate. In the phone, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor will be used, which will be paired with the latest LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
As far as the camera system is concerned, OnePlus 15 may come with a triple rear camera setup which will include a 50MP primary lens, 50MP ultra-wide lens and 50MP 3.5x periscope telephoto lens. The special thing is that this telephoto lens will be based on Samsung’s JN5 sensor, which is known for delivering excellent zoom performance. For selfies and video calling, it may get a 32MP front camera.
Apart from this, the phone will also have OnePlus’ latest LUMO Image Engine, which promises to make low-light photography even better. In terms of battery, it is quite strong because it is said to come with a 7300mAh large battery, which will support both 100W fast wired and 50W wireless charging.
Talking about design and durability, this phone will come with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and IP68/69 rating. Leak reports also said that OnePlus 15 will be introduced with a new camera deco design.
