Vivo has officially confirmed several key specifications of its upcoming mid-range flagship, the Vivo T4 Ultra, set to launch in India on June 11. While earlier teasers on Flipkart only showcased the rear panel, the updated product page has now revealed the front design, highlighting a quad-curved AMOLED display with a local peak brightness of 5000 nits.

According to Vivo, the T4 Ultra will feature a 1.5K resolution AMOLED panel with curved edges on all sides, delivering an immersive visual experience. At just 7.43 mm thick and weighing 192 grams, the handset maintains a sleek and lightweight profile. The high brightness level makes it one of the brightest displays in its segment, potentially offering excellent sunlight legibility.
Under the hood, the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset, a high-performance SoC previously seen in flagship-level smartphones. While the exact configuration of RAM, internal storage, battery size, and charging speed remains under wraps, Vivo is expected to reveal these details at the official launch event.

Camera specifications have also been partially confirmed. The Vivo T4 Ultra will house a 50 MP Sony IMX921 primary camera with OIS support, paired with an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50 MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom and optical image stabilization. The camera setup may also support up to 100x digital zoom, positioning the T4 Ultra as a strong performer in mobile photography.
Color options will include Black and Phoenix Gold, and the device is expected to be priced around INR 35,000 (~$420), with Flipkart serving as the primary sales channel in India.

Industry sources suggest that the T4 Ultra is likely based on the Vivo S20 Pro, which was launched in China in 2023. That device featured a 6.67-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display, the same Dimensity 9300 Plus SoC, up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, 512 GB UFS 3.1 storage, and a 5500 mAh battery with 90W fast charging. It also offered a 50 MP front-facing camera with autofocus.
With its combination of premium design, high-end display brightness, and a capable camera system, the Vivo T4 Ultra may serve as a compelling choice for users looking for flagship-like performance in the mid-range segment. More detailed specifications will be available following the official launch event.
