Recently, sources have revealed key details about its new camera application interface, indicating significant advancements in the device’s imaging capabilities.

Audio Architecture and Design Enhancements

The device is expected to feature a larger and more advanced top speaker module. Reports suggest that this speaker unit could be up to three times bigger, with a cavity of approximately 0.8 cm. This represents nearly a 167% increase in physical size, which is expected to significantly improve audio output quality and loudness.

Advanced Camera System and Sensor Configuration

The Vivo X300 Ultra is rumored to be the first smartphone in the industry to feature two 200MP sensors in its rear camera setup.

The triple rear camera configuration is expected to include larger and more advanced sensors compared to the Vivo X200 Ultra. The anticipated specifications are:

  • Primary Camera: 200MP Sony IMX90E sensor (likely with a 35mm focal length)
  • Secondary Camera: 50MP Sony LYT828
  • Periscope Telephoto: 200MP Samsung HPB

Additionally, the ultra-wide camera may feature a 50MP sensor with a 1/1.28-inch sensor size, while the front camera is also expected to be 50MP, enabling high-quality selfies and video calls.

Display and Biometric Technology

The device may feature a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. This panel is expected to deliver enhanced visual clarity, accurate colors, and improved energy efficiency.

It is also likely to include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, offering faster and more secure biometric authentication.

Processing Power and Hardware Performance

The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, built on a 3nm architecture and designed as a flagship octa-core processor.

It may come with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage, ensuring smooth multitasking and strong performance for resource-intensive applications.

Battery and Charging Technology

In terms of power management, the device is likely to include a 7000mAh battery. It may support 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging, providing a balance between fast charging speeds and extended usage time.

Design Features

From a design perspective, the device is expected to feature a flat metal frame. Additionally, the dedicated camera button seen on the Vivo X200 Ultra may be removed in this model, resulting in a more minimalistic and refined design.
