As per tradition, the new phone will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 flagship platform. This chip uses TSMC’s 2nm process and is MediaTek’s first 2nm mobile chip. It will also feature significant upgrades in imaging, including a self-developed image chip by Blueprint, and is expected to launch in the third quarter of next year.

On the imaging front, the Vivo X300 standard edition will be equipped with a 200MP Zeiss super main camera, while the X300 Pro takes it further with an 85mm Zeiss 200MP APO super-telephoto lens. The X300 offers CIPA 4.5-level stabilization, whereas the Pro sets a new benchmark with CIPA 5.5-level stabilization, considered the strongest in the industry. Both benefit from Zeiss T coating* and the deep absorption blue glass technology already proven on the X200 Ultra.

The video capabilities also mark a major breakthrough. vivo claims the X300 Pro will be the world’s first smartphone to support 4K 60fps portrait video, alongside dual-focus 4K 120fps Dolby Vision HDR and dual-focus 4K 120fps 10-bit Log recording, earning it the title of “King of Android Video.”

Under the hood, the X300 series integrates vivo’s latest innovations, including the Blueprint Imaging Chip V3+, the flagship Dimensity 9500 processor, the new OriginOS 6, and seamless Apple ecosystem interconnection. Completing the package is a premium 1nit BOE Q10 Plus display, designed to deliver an advanced visual experience while ensuring eye comfort.
